Exercise Study Seeks Participants Who Don’t Regularly Exercise

Participants may be compensated if eligible.

Background

We know exercise can contribute to good health. However, do we know exactly how it can improve our health? Until this point, there has not been a clear understanding of what actually is happening deep within the body, or how the molecular structure of the body changes to improve and preserve health.

The purpose of this study is to learn about how exercise benefits health.

Having a better understanding of how the body changes with physical activity will help researchers and clinicians to better prescribe and tailor exercise programming and develop new treatments to improve health care advice in the future.

This study seeks adults 18+ years old who currently do not regularly exercise.
